[fedora-arm] Docker on arm

Hi All,

I just wanted to let you know that yesterday we enabled building armhfp docker
base images for branched and rawhide. They will land on the mirrors next to
the x86_64 docker base image

http://download.fedoraproject.org/pub/fedora/linux/development/24/Docker/
armhfp/images/
http://download.fedoraproject.org/pub/fedora/linux/development/rawhide/Docker/
armhfp/images/

We will work to get them in the fedora docker registry when it cmes up soon
and in the upstream registry also
