[fedora-arm] Fedora 28 Arm checksums for kernel modules

Hi,

Am doing an update of Fedora 28 on Arm single board computer. A large number of checksums for Kernels seem not to match.

I suspect it's a local issue, we've not had it reported anywhere else.
You do kind of need to provide some useful details like the kernel
you're upgrading from/to.
