After the dnf update, updating some 130 rpms from testing-update, I did
a poweroff then powered back up.

I see the following message on the console just before the login:

[   72.898695] systemd-journald[581]: File
/var/log/journal/d95778d33e104db0941e0df35b8fe8b2/user-1000.journal
corrupted or uncleanly shut down, renaming and replacing.
Fedora 29 (Twenty Nine)
Kernel 4.18.5-300.fc29.armv7hl on an armv7l (ttyS0)

Just did a power cycle and again at the login prompt time got:

corrupted or uncleanly shut down, renaming and replacing.
