Are the current Fedora images usable on the XO 1.75, or am I currently stuck
with the F18 based ones from the OLPC project?

They might be, I've enabled all the bits I'm aware of in the kernel. I
suspect the device tree that shipped with the kernel will need to be
updated and I think there will be some missing patches to get the full
ennoblement of all the peripherals. With F-26 we should be able to
even get fully accelerated X/wayland support with the entaviv driver
now in mesa. It's something I'd really like to support well but I've
just not had the time to look at it properly.

The olpc-os-builder tool should also be able to build an image from
Fedora. Happy to assist or provide information if you've got more
cycles than me to poke at it.

Peter

I take a look after the f26 rebuild is done since I'll want to bump a
few other systems to f26. I don't have tons of usable free time, but I
do think I should try to spend some getting it to work with stock Fedora
if it's possible, since my XO was a gift from Fedora.

I'll poke around with things and see where I get. I'll ask questions on
the arm list when I get stuck.
