[fedora-arm] Kernel updates not cleaning up dtb directories

I have a wandboard quad running Fedora 23. When I tried to run a dnf update
today, I got an error that /boot was full.

Looking at it, I see that all the past dtb dirs are still hanging around.

I'll manually clean up all those obsolete dtb dirs, but this is something
the installer should do.

I'll manually clean up all those obsolete dtb dirs, but this is something
the installer should do.

it was a bug in systemd that should be fixed. if you are seeing it still
please add a comment to https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1299019
the kernel installs with the issue will not get cleaned up however.

Thanks for the bug pointer. I'll monitor it, but it sounds like it is
already fixed, as you said.

Not sure about F-23 but looking at some of my devices running F-24 it
looks like this might have regressed again at least on F-24.
